The Talent Solutions Optimization Initiative is an improvement project for the organization toward recruitment, development and retention strategies. This would involve enhancing the recruitment process, innovative employee development programs, and promotion of healthy workplace culture. This was a 12-month project undertaken by a team of 7 members. The key technologies applied to this project were PHP, Zend Framework, Laravel, OracleDB and SQLServer.

FISP faced challenges like manual payment errors, poor access in remote areas, and no real-time tracking. These issues delayed collections, reduced transparency, and limited oversight—making it difficult to ensure timely, secure delivery of support to farmers.

Crystalised Apps developed a scalable, secure platform tailored for FISP collections. With over 200 agents across all provinces, farmers can contribute easily—even in remote areas. Our system processes 50,000+ transactions daily with zero downtime, supports biometric verification, real-time SMS notifications, and automated reconciliation with government systems. This end-to-end infrastructure reduces manual errors, improves access, and enables instant visibility across the network—ensuring funds are securely collected and tracked for timely agricultural input distribution.

Crystalised Apps solution has improved efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in FISP collections. Farmers contribute easily, transactions are securely processed in real time, and implementing partners benefit from automated reporting. This has led to increased trust, reduced errors, and timely delivery of farming inputs across all districts.
